Have confidence that your school district food service program is efficient, compliant, and nutritious. As school nutrition programs have become more complex, the management of these programs requires more understanding of how it works - and what doesn't work. A program of excellence not only delivers a break-even budget, but also one that fuels students with good nutrition.

Food Service Analysis
This service begins with an analysis of your current program: budget, menus, staffing, student participation rates, and customer satisfaction. Additional service is available after the analysis on a daily basis.
Preparation
School districts interested in this service will be paired with a school nutrition program expert. In a pre-visit consultation, districts will be asked to provide specific information to prepare for an on-site visit.
Typical two-day, on-site visit
Staffing review: During the on-site visit, the consultant will review if the district has the correct number of hours and proper schedule to meet production and service requirements.
Production: Things such as equipment, menus, sanitation and safety standards, and purchasing practices are reviewed.
Analysis: At the conclusion of the meetings and observations of your meal programs, a report summarizing the analysis will be given to you with recommendations of what may be done to move toward a program of excellence.
